Had my consultation a few months ago, the dentist was amazing very professional and took his time to explain things. I was however put off when I went back downstairs... read more to the reception. I was faced by the reception ladies who had dodgey hair extensions, fake tan and heavy makeup. The ladies were all on their mobiles and gave the impression they were perturbed by me interrupting them to book my next appointment. I left the dentist wondering why the company had picked these particular women to sit on the front desk and what impression they were trying to give as a company? It definitely made me cringe. I have since been back a few months later to get my braces fitted. The dentist was absolutely amazing, she was very patient with me especially as I was anxious. Could not have asked for a better person to have fitted my braces. This time when I went to reception to pay, the staff member appeared much more professional in her approach and appearance. Hopefully this will continue? Other than issues with the staff on the reception desk I am very happy with my treatment so far. I wanted to give a 4.5 as my score, just dropping the 0.5 for the issues with the reception team. However this was not possible and did not think a 4 was fair 🙂

They made every effort to make me feel comfortable. The clinic itself is designed and built to the highest standards. There are plenty of parking spaces around it too.
